Subject to the possible rights partners of Chef-Riviera- Gastronomy or any other third, the Users recognize that the Site (including/understanding the whole of information accessible under the Service, in particular in the form of texts, photographs, images, sounds, data, data bases and programs downloadable, including subjacent technology), is protected by rights of ownership intellectual and/or other rights that Chief- Riviera-Gatzsronomy holds or of which it is authorized to make use.
The Users cannot in no case to store except session of connection, to reproduce, represent, modify, transmit, publish, adapt on some support that it is, by some means that it is or to exploit in some manner that it is, the elements of the Site and the Site itself without written preliminary l autorisation of Chief-Riviera- Gastronomy.
